GLOBAL STEEL UNION (HK) LIMITED is a Hong Kong-based industrial steel company specializing in high-performance centrifugal casting products for critical applications worldwide. We operate our own manufacturing facility in mainland China, equipped with state-of-the-art centrifugal casting machines, solution heat treatment furnaces, and CNC machining centers — giving us full control over quality, cost, and delivery from raw material to finished product.

Our production base spans 90 acres with over 150 production staff and 15 senior engineers. Production capacity covers diameters from 50mm to 4,000mm, serving industries where failure is not an option.

Our facility is a National High-Tech Enterprise and Provincial Technology Center, holding 3 invention patents and 23 utility model patents. Every product we deliver meets international standards including ASTM, ASME, DIN, JIS, GB, and EN, backed by complete material traceability and mill test certificates.

What We Do

1. Stainless Steel Centrifugal Casting Pipe Austenitic grades (304/316/316L/310S), OD 50–4,000mm, wall thickness up to 100mm. The cost-effective alternative to seamless pipes for petrochemical, refining, power generation, and water treatment.

2. Duplex Stainless Steel Centrifugal Casting Pipe Grades 2205/2507/UNS S31803. Superior chloride stress corrosion resistance for offshore platforms, seawater desalination, marine engineering, and aggressive chemical environments.

3. Heat-Resistant Alloy Centrifugal Casting Tube HK40, HP-Nb, HP-Mod, and 35Cr45Ni alloys. Engineered for ethylene cracking furnaces, steam methane reformers, and high-temperature industrial furnaces operating up to 1,100°C.

4. Stainless Steel Cylindrical Centrifuge Bowl 316L/2205/304 grades, dynamic balanced to G2.5–G6.3. Core separation components for decanter and disc-stack centrifuges in wastewater treatment, sludge dewatering, food, and pharmaceutical industries.

5. Stainless Steel Conical Centrifuge Bowl Conical drums for decanter centrifuges in dual-phase and three-phase separation. Optimized for municipal sewage, mining tailings, pulp & paper, and petrochemical oil sludge.

6. Precision Machined Centrifugal Casting Parts (OEM) One-stop OEM service: casting + CNC machining + heat treatment. Custom pump casings, valve bodies, impellers, bearing housings, and complex structural castings.

7. Centrifugal Casting Roller / Furnace Roller Heat-resistant alloy rollers for continuous annealing lines, galvanizing lines, glass tempering furnaces, ceramic kilns, and paper drying machines. Built for extreme thermal cycling and heavy loads.

8. Metal Crucible / Melting Crucible 310S and Inconel 601, 0.5L to 500L. For precious metal refining, non-ferrous casting, laboratory testing, and specialty alloy smelting up to 1,200°C.

9. Stainless Steel Dish Head / End Cap Ellipsoidal, torispherical, hemispherical, and flat heads in 304/316L/2205, Ø200–4,000mm. ASME/GB/DIN certified for pressure vessels, storage tanks, reactors, and boilers.

10. Stainless Steel Precision Casting Investment (lost-wax) and sand casting from 0.01kg to 5,000kg. Complex internal geometries, thin-wall structures, and tight-tolerance parts for pump & valve, food machinery, marine, and medical applications.
